“The room has that “industrial feel” to it though it’s clean, staff were friendly although some seemed unenthusiastic about their job. Food was mediocre- only three counters, plus the bar, were open with very limited choices. The lady who took our order was nice- she came up to our table to ask “how’s the food” and if “everything was ok”. Breakfast was a joke- sorry. They gave 1 apple, 1 granola bar and 1 bottle of apple juice- each for me and my husband in a bag hang on the entry’s doorknob. ...

“The beds are so comfortable and pillows were great. Breakfast was nothing special. Typical continental. Would have given 5 stars had there been bed clothes for the pullout sofa. When your reservation is for 2 adults and 4 children it should be standard practice to have the room ready with bed clothes for the sofa .”

“Stayed with 7 people in two rooms, it was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was clean and comfortable.”

“Staff was nice and professional, the room was clean, the water pressure in the shower if I could give it a minus 50 I would we pretty much had a little more than a trickle to shower with and lastly I chose not to indulge in the breakfast because another family member that was with us went and said it wasn't worth going downstairs for so I skipped it.”

“The room served its purpose and overall it was a decent stay as far as safety. However, there were many things that ended up being very disappointing. The pull out couch bed was filthy (stains , hair and obviously not changed, used linen. ) The king bed was dusty and spiked my allergies terribly . The room had remnants of a smoke odor , the bathroom was outdated ( especially the shower) which had notable red mold in the shower head. The water pooled to your feet while using it.
